DESCRIPTION
The interchangeable Fitness Cables, along with the Smart Quick Flip Handles, allow users to create their own resistance systems to strengthen and tone from head to toe. Use different cables for different exercises and ranges of motion or move up to the next resistance level as your strength increases.
The cables are multi-layered so they feel better and last longer than common extruded bands. The Fitness Cables are all 5 feet long and weigh only 1lb.
10lb is teal. 20lb is purple. 30lb is pink. 40lb is magenta. 50lb is orange. 60lb is red. 70lb is yellow. 80lb is green. 90lb is blue. 100lb is black.

This product is great I got it for my best friend to use with the Body Gym she's had health issues and can't go to gym anymore but she can use these to stay fit it has litterly saved her life she had covid and now has breathing problems and it has helped her to build up her strength and lungs . Thank you for putting out a great product.

These bands are heavy duty with lots of stretch. I've bought cheaper bands before and was disappointed on the stretch and resistance of the bands. These are gerat. I'll be buying more.

Fitness cables/resistance bands
The cables themselves are fine. But they arrived without handles. What arrived is what's shown in the picture, only. My mistake was in assuming handles would be included. We're unable to attach handles to these cables, so they are not useful to me.
