Forged from high-quality spring steel, this easy-grip 28-mm-diameter bar spans 88 inches in total, with 14.5 of those inches dedicated to the sleeve. Unlike the Scythe, Tusk, and Thrasher, the Grinder's knurling is black with medium knurling to give your hands excellent traction. This knurling begins immediately after the sleeve and extends 17 inches to the middle where there's 16 inches of smooth black finish before the knurling starts up again for another 17 inches.
