Gungnir Swiss Bar
The Gungnir Swiss Bar's 6 handholds offer 3 varieties of the neutral grip or more if you're creative and is a favorite among bench press enthusiasts who want to lift heavy while saving their shoulders the wear and tear of pronated grips.
The handholds are textured with gently raised diamond knurling and are 6.5 inches, 18.5 inches, and 27.5 inches apart.
